This includes the development phase of requirements gathering, design, development, test, release and deployment.

In the maintenance phase I handled change and incident management and, at end of life, some products have been replaced and others retired.

My years of production support allow me to structure applications to make them more maintainable while adding enough diagnostic capabilities to help identify and isolate problems.

My team lead role has enabled me to perform non technical tasks such as technology evaluation, recruitment, mentoring, promoting best practices such as TDD and SOLID as well as filling the scrum master role.
